An earthy bread that starts with the flavour of garlic and then evolves with the taste of our secret ingredient. Lastly, the warmth of the black pepper develops out of the other flavours. All are complemented by the tang of the sourdough. Try it with some antipasto and fire-roasted red peppers. 900 gm loaf.
